This story picked right off where it left I loved it. Poor Baby Girl but it just goes to show you when something tragic happens in life you cannot always self-heal. The ending was very surprising but definitely ended with a bang!!! This is the second book I have read from this author and I will say she has a bright future ahead of her. Keep up the great work and I look forward to more great things from you!!!!
I have to say one of the things I like the best, is how messed up Baby Girl is! I found myself getting so frustrated with some of the choices that she made, but they all make sense, considering how her life has been. So often in stories, characters will live though horrendous situations only to come out perfect and well adjusted at the end. Baby Girl's dysfunction is part of what makes her so believable and likeable to me. I also loved Tony in this story. His responses and reactions were also very believable.
This book is one of her best. I liked King of Hearts, but I just love Queen of Hearts and I can not wait for the next book in this series. Bring it on Kiniesha Gayle you are one gifted author.
I have waited a long time to read this book and it could have ended better. But it was good.
Great book!! Fell in love with the characters! Queen of Hearts an AWESOME follow up to King of Spades..I am impatiently waiting for Book 3..
I really enjoyed this book. This book followed right where the first part left off at. It was a well written story. I hope there is a part 3 to this series. I don't want to say to much because I don't want to tell the story. Just know you won't be disappointed at all. 5 star read.
Queen of Hearts was awesome!!! I felt like it was even better than the first book. It was filled w/lies, deceit & more decit. Just when I thought I had things figured out, here comes another shocker. The new characters that were added to this book all had some type of history with the original characters. When the book finally starts getting towards the middle you find out that no one can be trusted. Man this book was good!
